What can we help with?

Getting started

Save your first memory

  1. Open Recall and choose Remember.
  2. Say or type the item and its location, such as “My wallet is in the kitchen drawer.”
  3. Check the item and location, then save it.
  4. Choose Find later and ask, “Where is my wallet?”

Voice & Siri

Use Recall without opening the app

Begin with “Hey Siri, use Recall.” When Recall asks what you want to remember or find, answer naturally:

“Remember I left my keys in the blue bowl.”
“Find my keys.”

If Siri opens another app, open Recall once after installing or updating it, then try the phrase again.

Account & sign-in

Privacy & safety

You control who can see your memories

Recall does not store raw microphone audio. Sharing requires a private invitation, and temporary support access must be enabled by the account owner.
